But a new battle was just beginning. My lungs collapsed. For a while i was on a ventilator helping me breathe. It was really difficult all the time. It really drew a lot of energy out of me trying to focus on my breathing. Breathing. Lets go get fresh air. Reporter the same focus that helped him succeed on the football field is helping him fight the infections that invade his body. Hes moving on his own and moving around in his electric wheelchair for several hours a day. Day. Hows it feel . Nice. Reporter in the past couple weeks, hes shown improvement in his upper body strength. The important one i have back is the wrist because thats how im able to grab things. Small protests have been springing up all across the city. This one that youre looking at is a woman who tried to light a flag on fire. She didnt quite get it going before police jumped in, actually got into a scuffle with her. Some five people were arrested. This is just one incident.
