A 30yearold man was shot in the 3,000 block of richland boulevard near broadway. The unidentified man lived in that area and may have been walking home. About an hour later they said that 30yearold laquea vincent was killed on sunny side street. They say vincent and other relatives were cleaning up after a childrens Birthday Party when someone opened fire, vincent was the only one hit. It happened just after 50 00 p. M. On highway 12 just east of rio vista. Investigators say the driver of a honda civic tried to pass another car and then veered into oncoming traffic. The civic slam into a pickup truck and all five people inside the civic were killed. Today the Coroners Office identified the victims as 21 yearold montoya, mostron and 3 yearold arelana ortiz.
