The building will sit at the Southwest Corner of victory road and eisenhower avenue in norfolk. Ct pipe ceo charley vens said ttey will be an active part of building norfolk. Havens felt norfolk was a perfect location for expansion to sell their products throughout the United States, based on rail availability and the proximity to nucor and its operations.
