"first, is she makes decision based on facts, not based on political reason or emotional reason and that is really important because when you are president, you better care what the facts are and the second is she has been in the fight for working people, for middle class people for a very long time," says dean. dean ran for the democratic nomination for president in 2004. committee. the los angeles school district plans to reopen tomorrow morning after a threat forced more than 600,000 students to stay home from school. law enforcement confirmed the threat appeared to come from overseas. it was credible enough for the superintendent to shut the distriri down. new york city police officials say they received a threat to their school system today too. it was similar to the threat made to the los angeles school system. however, nypd officials concluded the threat was a hoax -- and saw no reason to shut down schools there. eight people injured in nashville after a plane rolled off the runway. the boeing 737 aircraft was arriving from houston early tonight when it rolled off the runway and onto some grass. most of the people injured suffered minor injuries. the f-a-a is investigating the incident. the dixon county sheriff's office investigating a house explosion in northeast nebraa. it happened late last night in the community of newcastle. able to escape without getting hurt. the incident is under investigation by the nebraska fire marshshl. controversy surrounds the city of sioux city's plan to build a new viaduct. part of the 18th street viaduct project may include permanently closing 11th street at the railroad crossing. the food bank of siouxland distributes two million pounds of food every year out of their facility on 11th strtrt. officials there say it will disrupt their work and other businesses in the area.
