you are allowed to bring your cell phone fooz the booth and allowed to pull out your phone and maybe research some of the candidates or issues on the ballot. as for taking a selfie with your ballot, down four people at a motorcycle shop in chesney in 2003. investigators searching his property and any propertywn by kohlhepp for additional victims. those properties are not limited to south carolina. kohlhepp was convicted of raping a 14-year-old arizona girl when he himself was a teenager. startling video here as secret service agents rush on to the stage in reno, nevada, whisking access to voter personal information. the department of homeland security acknowledged on friday that has already happened in several states they wouldn't say exactly how many. in washington, kristen as the temperatures begin to drop. well, this next story was breaking as we were talking to you this time last night a massive apartment fire in payson and tonight we know nine people are without a home to go to and now investigators are trying to figure out what exactly wrong. fox 10's courtney griffin was there today and spoke with neighbors who describe what that explosion was like. >> what was once a four plex now looks like this. a pile of smoldering debris after a loud explosion rocked the town of payson causing a fireball to take out this apartment complex. >> all of a sudden it was like a big boom and i jumped up and i said what the heck is that? and he goes, it just knocked me >> within minutes the couple got in their truck to see what the noise was all about when they got on scene, the fireball had lit up the night sky. >> it was just chaos. it was total chaos that you could just see the first responders trying to get everything in under control. >> multiple crews worked to get the fire out. all while attending to those injured. >> i can't believe anybody wasn't killed. >> richard myers says he never heard anything that loud before. >> we heard the big boom and the house shook a she wanted to know what it was. i says, well it was more than a gunshot it was an explosion of some type. >> a total of nine people were inside at the time of the explosion. everyone has since been accounted for. seven people were transported to payson hospital and one woman who had more serious injuries was flown to phoenix and treated for burns. neighbors say after feeling and hearing the exploson, they are shocked everyone made it out. now the next step is to start nine people lost. >> people that lost their homes and stuff, it's just horrific, but we will work together as a community to get them back on their feet. our first responders are awesome, awesome human beings. i can't say enough. >> investigators remain on scene as they try to figure out exactly what started the fire, but that could take several hours if not days. reporting in payson. courtney griffin, "fox 10 news." and there have been reports of one animal lost in that fire but we are waiting on officials to confirm that piece of information. one person looking for a place to live after fire breaks out in their scottsdale home. this happened near 86th street in thomas roads. according to firefighters, one person was in the house but was able to get out okay. thankfully no one was hurt by these flames. so far no word on what started the fire. and we are learn morgue pulled over outside our fox 10 studios after police say he led them on a chase. tony guziers was drivingderingr -- gutierrez was driving on the wrong way and officers tried to pull him over but he took off and led police on a 30 minute chase that ended in downtown phoenix. police say they had to send a canine unit in because of the potential threat that the suspect demonstrated. gutierrez was then taken to a nearby hospital for a dog bite before being booked. staying power for one group of phoenix parents. they started the central arizona affiliate of united cerebral palsy back in 1952. that program has gone on to help integrate kids with disabilities with those who don't in the classroom. there are on site physical and physical therapists to work with the kids. the students without disabilities get to learn at the chandler's vision gallery show cases the stories of people who are homeless. the people in the pictures received help through an organization called i-help. it provides a safe place to sleep in love with these people and just wanted the best for them. >> the exhibit is opened this week all the way through saturday. sad news to report tonight as another arizona soldier is killed in action. >> plus we have reports on the fight against isis in the middle east. the progress being made by one of the soldiers one of the soldiers killed jordan was from down in tucson. the defense department says 30-year-old staff sergeant kevin mcenroe was one of three americans killed on friday. the soldiers were part of a special forces group based out of fort campbell in kentucky. people in mosul run for their lives as iraq's government and allied forces move in on a one last isis stronghold there. iraqi special forces continue their offensive against an fighters in mosul today. the situation now so dangerous that many families are being forced to flee mosul with whatever belongings they can move as fast as they can. a u.n. office says militants are holding some civilians back for use as human shields. that makes it harder for ground commanders to get approval for those u.s.-led coalition air strikes. meanwhile kurdish led syrian liberate the islamic state's group de facto capital. kurdish 6:15 campaign stop at the prescott courthouse. we asked arizona secretary of state michelle rayingen to clear up what you can and can't wednesday. she said you have to vote in your polling location. you are allowed to bring your cell phone fooz the booth and allowed to pull out your phone and maybe research some of the candidates or issues on the ballot. as for taking a selfie with your ballot, carolina. kohlhepp was convicted of raping a 14-year-old arizona girl when he himself was a teenager. startling video here as secret service agents rush on to the stage in reno, nevada, whisking fact that most voting machines are not connected to the internet. nor are they connected to each other. each state runs their own operations with different kinds of voting machines. experts say it will be almost impossible for hackers to breach simultaneously. but hackers could still cause plenty ever trouble. on election day especially with an electorate that's this divided. cybersecurity experts say their biggest fear is hackers instilling chaos into a system where there is tremendous mistrust between republicans and democrats. >> they disrupt the reporting of information people will access to voter personal information. the department of homeland security acknowledged on friday that has already happened in several states they wouldn't say exactly how many. in washington, kristen ended up drowning in the family's back mesa police have identified the boy as four-year-old richard wilchen. police cautioning parents again to always have pool safety at the top of their minds even as the temperatures begin to drop. well, this next story was breaking as we were talking to you this time last night a massive apartment fire in payson and tonight we know nine people are without a home to go to and now investigators are trying to figure out what exactly wrong. fox 10's courtney griffin was there today and spoke with neighbors who describe what that explosion was like. >> what was once a four plex now looks like this. a pile of smoldering debris after a loud explosion rocked the town of payson causing a fireball to take out this apartment complex. >> all of a sudden it was like a big boom and i jumped up and i said what the heck is that? and he goes, it just knocked me >> within minutes the couple got in their truck to see what the noise was all about when they got on scene, the fireball had lit up the night sky. >> it was just chaos. it was total chaos that you could just see the first responders trying to get everything in under control. >> multiple crews worked to get the fire out. all while attending to those injured. >> i can't believe anybody wasn't killed. >> richard myers says he never heard anything that loud before. >> we heard the big boom and the house shook a she wanted to know what it was. i says, well it was more than a gunshot it was an explosion of some type. >> a total of nine people were inside at the time of the explosion. everyone has since been accounted for. seven people were transported to payson hospital and one woman who had more serious injuries was flown to phoenix and treated for burns. neighbors say after feeling and hearing the exploson, they are shocked everyone made it out. now the next step is to start nine people lost. >> people that lost their homes and stuff, it's just horrific, but we will work together as a community to get them back on their feet. our first responders are awesome, awesome human beings. i can't say enough. >> investigators remain on scene as they try to figure out exactly what started the fire, but that could take several hours if not days. reporting in payson. courtney griffin, "fox 10 news." and there have been reports of one animal lost in that fire but we are waiting on officials to confirm that piece of information. one person looking for a place to live after fire breaks out in their scottsdale home. this happened near 86th street in thomas roads. according to firefighters, one person was in the house but was able to get out okay. thankfully no one was hurt by these flames. so far no word on what started the fire. and we are learn morgue pulled over outside our fox 10 studios after police say he led them on a chase. tony guziers was drivingderingr -- gutierrez was driving on the wrong way and officers tried to pull him over but he took off and led police on a 30 minute chase that ended in downtown phoenix. police say they had to send a canine unit in because of the potential threat that the suspect demonstrated. gutierrez was then taken to a nearby says 30-year-old staff sergeant kevin mcenroe was one of three americans killed on friday. the soldiers were part of a special forces group based out of fort campbell in kentucky. people in mosul run
