".still need help." this isn't the first time residents in nashville have battled high floodwaters. a historic flood inundated the "music city" in may 2010. and mud slides injured three people in colorado. the flooding was triggered by heavy rain in the area. the harsh conditions closed one highway.stranding vehicles in the fast-moving water friday. at least one home was also swept away. north in richmond. late thursday evening and early friday morning search teams scoured the area in and around lake chabot. this is near the intersection of highway 37 and interstate discovery kingdom. oakland police department and the solano county sheriff's department shifted the search effort from here in vallejo to lagoon valley park in vacaville..this is about 19 miles to the north along
