"its time for the senate to listen to the american people just like the house is listening to the american people, and to pass a one-year delay of obamacare" >> reporter:the president spoke by phone to leaders of both houses of congress tonight. a ten minute conversation between obama and house speaker john boehner included a discussion on defunding obamacare. >> reporter:obama says that's a nonstarter. "the affordable care act is moving forward. that funding is already in place. you can't shut it down.
