"one neighbor is now talking about sandra coke in the past tense." more on this story. the search for sandra coke has cities around the east bay. kron-4's charles clifford shows us how the mystery has unfolded. >> reporter: this is an overhead google earth view of north oakland. sandra coke lived here along aileen street. she was last seen around 830pm sunday. on monday her car was found two miles away on 32nd street. her cell phone was found 9 miles north in richmond. late thursday evening and early friday morning search teams scoured the area in and around lake chabot. this is near the intersection of highway 37 and interstate 80, right next to six flags discovery kingdom. oakland police department and the solano county sheriff's department shifted the search effort from here in vallejo to lagoon valley park in vacaville..this is about 19 miles to the north along interstate 80. 2:30 friday afternoon a female body was found on the west side of interstate 80.. that's the opposite side from lagoon valley park. they searched the leak and around noon on friday the oakland police department wanted to go further now it was announced that they had found a body of a woman on the west side of the freeway. charles clifford, kron 4 news. >> pam: a developing story out of the mission district. the san francisco police department has detained two suspects. after finding three stabbing victims near the intersection of van ness and 23rd street. this does not appear to be gang-related. a-b-c-7. all three victims are at san francisco general hospital with life- threateningwe'll bring you the latest information as it comes in. >> the bay area is again awaiting word on the latest in the negotiations between bart and its union workers. and hours away from the governors plans kicking in. calling for a 60-day cooling off period. kron-4's jeff bush is live in oakland at the cal-trans headquarters.where talks are going on. jeff -- what's the latest on negotiations? >> reporter: yes, they are still at it tonight. both sides are willing to come to an agreement. there are going to go to the court on sunday morning and ask an injunction that would establish a 60 day cooling- off period. you can imagine that it is impacting both sides. >> that is the only guarantee that we a train service if we do not have a deal in place by sunday night. we hope that is not the case because we are working very hard. it is a last-ditch effort. everybody is going to get a deal regardless of this announcement. >> we're all the same. we're hoping that this will not throw cold water on what this has been a very, very, slow moving day. it is our intention to want to get a deal. we do not want to put the public in a 60 day cooling off. we feel that this deal can be made. it is our expectation that bart will continue to address the negotiations that we have brought forward. >> reporter: both sides are willing to stick it out. until this work is done but they if they do not come to an agreement the government will ask for a 60 day cooling off period. that means that they will back thnegotiations in 60 days. jeff bush, kron 4 news. >> pam: in bay area news. a court appearance for the suspect in a high- profile murder case in san jose. 23- year- old johnny lozano faces one- count of murder. in the apparent drive-by shooting last saturday. that killed an innocent bystander. 19-year-old kimberly chico was struck by a bullet as she was riding in a car along east san salvador street, in downtown san jose. police are not saying whether the shooting is gang- related. but the file in the case has been sealed, and former prosecutor steven clark says. that may mean more arrests are coming. >> the san jose police department put all of the resources on this case because a teenager was caught and it is in gunfire. that is why there are so many officers. all the resources they have, they are using. and with previous resources they have used in the past. that is why there was a quick arrest. this is not going to be the only a rest in this case. they are going to find out who was involved that is not why this--why this is not going to be the only thearrest. made. prosecutors won't say if >> pam: lozano has any gang ties, but he was arrested in one of the city's known gang 'hot spots'. by an officer assigned to the recently formed gang- suppression task force. he is being held without bail. >> the parents of the saratoga teenager who committed suicide after a reported sexual assault by three boys. have reached a settlement with two of the defendants. in the wrongful death lawsuit. sheila and lawrence pott -- parents of 15-year-old audrie pott -- agreed to the deal with the family which owned the home, where audrie was assaulted back in 2012. this move would remove them from the lawsuit, once the deal is filed. a case management hearing is set for tuesday in santa clara. meantime. the story of audrie pott's suicide is the subject of an upcoming rolling stone article. >> >> developing news now. firefighters were busy fighting this blaze in mill valley. the blaze broke out near tennessee valley road. this is video of the scene from our helicopter partnership with abc 7. you can see the white smoke coming from a densely wooded area. at one point the fire threatened 20 homes in the marin view neighborhood. at this time, it is unclear how this fire started. but as of right now, officials say, it is 75 percent contained. >> firefighters are cleaning up the damage left after a two-alarm fire broke out on treasure island. this is video from our helicopter partnership with abc-7. the fire started at 9th st & avenue e was under control just before 6. officials say the building was abandoned, but tare still investigating what started the fire yet. return >> a horrific crash after a high- speed chase this morning in concord. the suspect was reportedl through concord, highway 4, pittsburg and back to concord before crashing into the backyard of a home on curletto drive. the suspect then ran, climbed onto the roof of a home and dared officers to shoot him. police were able to get him down and arrest him after a short time. his identity has not been released at this time. >> jacqueline: temperatures were about the same with below-average for this time of year. [ male announcer ] add a wireless receiver. call to get u-verse tv for just $19 a month with qualifying bundles. rethink possible. >> coming up you should see what is coming on the outside plans. >> something cooking is not quite finished. why is this woman is screaming. >> jacqueline: this live look. you can see those low clouds. more on the fog... announcing a new family parents. the hunt for a suspected killer and a missing teen. is growing more desperate. last sunday, authorities found james dimaggio's san diego county home in flames -- with two bodies inside. dimaggio has been missing ever since, along with 16- year-old hannah anderson. paul vercammen reports. >> reporter: from this house fire sunday night in a small town near the mexican border. a story of alleged betrayal of staggering dimensions began smoldering. the burning home's owner james dimaggio and brett anderson had been friends for more than a decade and a half. the anderson children. 16 year old hannah and 8 year old ethan considered dimaggio an uncle. and visited here often. but in the charred ruins. the children's mother christina anderson was found dead. dimaggio is now a murder suspect. the remains of a child the size of an eight year old. also found here and missing. the trusted family friend dimaggio. and hannah, described as a fun- loving teenager. authorities issued an amber alert for the children. it eventually spread to nearby states and into mexico. >> "jim, i can't fathom what you were thinking. the damage is done, i'm begging you to let my daughter go." >> reporter: brett anderson. who was in tennessee returned to california and attended a vigil for his now shattered family. >> "i am so sorry baby girl. if you get a chance. and you are alone. just run please" >> reporter: and brett anderson began talking about his son. as if he was not coming back. >> "ethan wore his heart on his sleeve, he would do anything for anybody. he loved every buddy. he was just my buddy." >> reporter: late in the week hannah's grandmother, christina's mom, made a plea to dimaggio. >> "you have taken our heart and soul. taken my only child. please let hannah go." >> reporter: detectives are looking into comments from hannah's friends that dimaggio. who is 40. may have had a crush on her. thursday another twist. a warning that the fugitive might be armed with home made bombs. his car possibly booby trapped. >> "we believe he may be in possession of kind of improvised explosives." engramauthorities say, the search for dimaggio has moved into the idaho wilderness. according to police, horseback riders saw a man and a woman fitting his description as well as 16- year-old hannah anderson. a car belonging to dimaggio was discovered hidden under brush, with its license plates removed. police have said. dimaggio enjoyed camping and hiking, and that it is possible he is hiding in a rural area. >> zack i don't know jus venom temperatures were--- >> temperatures were below average. and closer to average for this time of year. 59 degrees in half moon bay. and antioch. . it also brought along inland. it is going to be a bit warmer and haul one that warming trend is going to last, coming up.
