are concerned. if anybody has seen anything, i think even think they see anything, please contact the ntsb at witness at ntsb dot gov. that's witness at ntsb dot gov. thank you. after we gather, our data would have been about 14 days. we will publish a preliminary report and depending on the complexities of the investigation, a final report with probable cause will be issued in about 12 to 24 information as to if these 2 aircraft. other. if so what was said? >> the airport is an uncontrolled airport. there is no tower here and aircraft to people in traffic pattern will communicate through a common traffic advisory frequency. we are working to get radio communications that were occurring at that day. what the information we right it has not been. this is preliminary, sir, but we what appears to be one aircraft operating in the traffic pattern and one aircraft coming into the airport to land. that information. i don't have the answer. plans visual flight rules? flight plans are say that the the common traffic advisory frequency is the tool that is there for the pilots to use in when operating in and patrol airports that do not have a control tower. >> is a better than ever ever been any talk of putting a tower here. >> when you say talk of putting a tower here, bringing air traffic control tower to open airport or any airport requires approval of the faa. and it requires a a or potential change of air space. the airspace around watsonville at this particular time, though, the volume of traffic with support the costs of bringing control tower to the field. >> community. and there are people here that certainly are grieving. everyone is doing everything they can to assist us. we're very much a saddened by this event and we're going to wait for the investigation before we make any other comment. >> not at this time, but we do have the ability to do the research that that would require that absolutely. the airport is open. this meant, when take just a couple more questions. yes, sir. i heard from one witness, one of the making very road. >> nothing along the lines of an and unusual approach. airplane turning final is in the traffic pattern. an airplane flying it straight in approach is flying it straight in approach. >> certainly on the line that we heard that maybe the plane may have been coaching to >> well, air into the any approach face to the airport is an area that we're going to be looking at. i don't have that data in front of me to comment on, but we will absolutely be looking into that. >> take one question. thank you, would compromise their investigation, but still in its early stages. but the judge said the doj had not met the high threshold for keeping the documents from being released. the affidavit is likely to contain key details about the boxes of classified records. the fbi removed from trump's home, but it is not the government's job to tell the public what is meaningful in terms of the release of its just to send people money to keep them employed. but millions and millions and millions also went to companies owned by the uber rich in celebs like kanye west, khloe kardashian, jared kushner, the overriding lesson that i've taken away from this data is the government really wanted to put a lot of money out into the economy and get into the hands of people. derek willis with pro publica collected the data into a database to search every single ppp loan that was given out. and as a result of that, they designed a program that made it easy to apply for relatively speaking and easy to get money and easy to get forgiven. for instance, kanye west company yeezy got 2.3 million in change. khloe kardashians company. good american llc received 1.2 million in change businesses related to jared kushner and donald trump took it over. 25 ppp loans worth more than 3.6, 5 million. the list goes on. but the kicker. >> most of the loans have been forgiven. walk me through how this why they would even eat given these loans and whether it be forgiven. but the short answer is they were eligible to be given these loans and because the eligibility requirements were not very strict. kanye west was native billionaire by at the same time that you he was out taking ppp loans. carol roth, author of the war on small business. it just goes to show you that there are winners and losers in central planning and the wealthy and the well connected or taking care of at the expense of those who are not in march. president biden in the state of the union made this vow. we're going to go after criminals who stole billions of relief money meant for small business and millions of americans. and earlier this month he signed a bill giving the justice department more latitude to investigate people accused of fraudulently collecting these loans. the structuring on ppp was really flawed from the start. the reality, according to roth, is that the super-wealthy were well within their rights in taking these loans. even if you are wealthy, because that was the way that it was structured by the government's you got a free pass. this is all shocking informations people, including myself. what this is all legal, this was league. is that right? yes, this is entirely legal for almost all of them. there are certainly some companies are part of the fraudulent taking on of the ppp. but for most people who are the wealthy and the well connected who at plea, we may not think i'm really needed that loan. they were just following the rules and regulations in the way that they were put forth. so, you know, at the bleed, maybe it wasn't a great decision on their part. but the blame really resides here with the government. >> i was rich mchugh reporting for us. turn things over to the this new grant will empower california's future workforce. we're learning more about the pandemic's impact on businesses and how some may have taken advantage of the federal assistance programs. reporter rich mchugh has that story. >> when ordinary americans were struggling during the pandemic and small businesses were closing by the thousands. the government doled out 11.4, 7 million paycheck protection program loans or ppp, billions of dollars to companies in need. the folks in congress who wrote the bill to establish ppp and send the money out to businesses. the main goal was just to send people money to keep them employed. but millions and millions and millions also went to companies owned by the uber rich in celebs like kanye west, khloe kardashian, jared kushner, the overriding lesson that i've taken away from this data is the government really wanted to put a lot of money out into the economy and get into the hands of people. derek willis with pro publica collected the data into a database to search every single ppp loan that was given out. and as a result of that, they designed a program that made it easy to apply for relatively speaking and easy to get money and easy to get forgiven. for instance, kanye west company yeezy got 2.3 million in change. khloe kardashians company. good american llc received 1.2 million in change businesses related to jared kushner and donald trump took it over. 25 ppp loans worth more than 3.6, 5 million. the list goes on. but the kicker. >> most of the loans have been forgiven. walk me through how this why they would even eat given these loans and whether it be forgiven. but the short answer is they were eligible to be given these loans and because the eligibility requirements were not very strict. kanye west was native billionaire by at the same time that you he was out taking ppp loans. carol roth, author of the war on small business. it just goes to show you that there are winners and losers in central planning and the wealthy and the well connected or taking care of at the expense of those who are not in march. president biden in the state of the union made this vow. we're going to go after criminals who stole billions of relief money meant for small business and millions of americans. and earlier this month he signed a bill giving the justice department more latitude to investigate people accused of fraudulently collecting these loans. the structuring on ppp was really flawed from the start. the reality, according to roth, is that the super-wealthy were well within their rights in taking these loans. even if you are wealthy, because that was the way that it was structured by the government's you got a free pass. this is all shocking informations people, including myself. what this is all legal, this was league. is that right? yes, this is entirely legal for almost all of them. there are certainly some companies are part of the fraudulent taking on of the ppp. but for most people who are the wealthy and the well connected who at plea, we may not think i'm really needed that loan. they were just following the rules and regulations in the way that they were put forth. so, you know, at the bleed, maybe it wasn't a great decision on their part. but the blame really resides here with the government. >> i was rich mchugh reporting for us. turn things over to the forecast as we are taking a live look outside this time at the san francisco embarcadero. and we're talking about the weekend. of course, we are seeing some beautiful temperatures out there. so if you
