Kron4 has uncovered new details about the childs parents. The mother was arrested in february of this year. After being found passed out drunk in her car, with daphne in the back. Reporter neighbors say that they have not seen the childs mother in weeks. According to Court Documents, there was a restraining order against the mother of mandating that she cannot, with and a 100 yds of the 21 month old. The documents reveal that it is all because in the month of february, the mother, as her state was truly behind the wheel and passed out behind the wheel. She admitted to taking vikings in and alcohol before driving. She was sentenced to drug counseling and parenting classes. The father was are arrested on wednesday for child endangerment. Leaving the child alone in the car and they say that she was kidnapped while he was in the store. Ever since, there has been a massive search. Charges, and took parenting classes.
