were secretly tracking the older son, they followed him to the central valley. in his mugshot hasid rabbi looks tired after police finally caught up to him after four days. officers with sjpd's covert response unit tracked him for some time and the 22-year-old was arrested in tracy yesterday. and in a surprise twist, his younger brother, just 17 years old, was also arrested in san jose. both sons are charged with murder for shooting and killing their parents. >> it's awful. it's terrible. i can't believe it. >> reporter: it's unclear what led up to the shooting or how it happened at the home on lucas court in san jose's evergreen neighborhood. but those who saw the crime scene said it was pure evil. disturbing messages scrawled all over the floors and walls. look closely and you can see a hint of it as evidence technicians carry out pieces of drywall. take care of your brother or he's next, says one. one source tells us another message was a mock apology, sorry, the first kill was clumsy. on sunday police entered the house and found the scene. this photo taken a couple years ago and posted on facebook shows the family in happier times. police questioned the younger son but initially said hasid the older son was not a suspect. the evergreen islamic center said the victims were long-time residents and volunteered in the community. neighbors described them as warm, there has been evacuated after employees say a man threatened to blow up the building. this happening at wbsf which is a fox affiliate in baltimore. it's located at the base of the city's tv hill which is home to two other tv stations and also a radio station. it started with a vehicle fire in the station's parking lot. a man then entered the lobby with what looked like a bomb. the suspect may have been shot by police. a s.w.a.t. team surrounded a home in east san jose this morning. this was the scene around 9:30 in the area of south capitol avenue and alum rock. our reporter kiet do was there and told us officers were serving a search warrant at a house that neighbors say has been raided before for illegal gambling. you can see four people bound with zipties. chopper 5 was overhead as more than a dozen officers staked out the place and minutes ago police confirming that 10 people are now in custody and the scene is being cleared. developing news in palo alto where the vta transit center is just now re-opening after a morning of police activity. someone reported a suspicious powder on a bus. the transit facility was closed at 9 a.m. as the fire department did some testing but the white powder was sheetrock dust. the center reopened 30 minutes ago. a close call this morning at the hayward airport. chopper 5 captured the aftermath of a small plane that made a hard landing. the fire department says that the single-engine plane then spun out coming to a stop on the grass between the runway and the taxiway. the nose gear on the cessna collapsed. the pilot was uninjured. federal prosecutors say three people connected to one of the san bernardino shooters have been arrested in a marriage fraud conspiracy including the brother and sister-in-law of the syed farook. the third is the wife of a accused friend accused of buying the assault rifle in the attack. marquez has been charged for aiding the attack. the three are accused of participating in a
