A lot of Police Officers standing in front of city hall, farther down there are more Police Officers watching over this area in fact given this history and bad experiences in oakland, over the previous protests, they do not want to take any chances. Oakland police say that neighboring Law Enforcement agencies have been alerted of tonights demonstration just in case Oakland Police do need backup. The Sonoma County deputy who shot and killed teenager andy lopez will be back on patrol duty next week. Deputy Erick Gelhaus shot lopez is 7 times when he mistook the 134yearolds toy gun for a real one, the 13yearold boy. The District Attorney decided not to charge gelhaus. He has been on desk duty since last year. A man who posed as a tsa agent at sfo will not be facing charges. Eric slighton was arrested after he reportedly took two women aside to be screened. Prosecutors say they dont have any Surveillance Video and the two women have not come forward. While its illegal to impersonate a police officer, three no law against impersonating a tsa agent. There are about 80 such sites out there. Many will post a persons mugshot even if they havent been convicted of a crime.
