Reporter police say this happens every night here, there are actually more 911 calls generated here than any other business in San Francisco and the city may sue. It looks like any old mcdonalds, but this one in the heart of the ashbury has gotten the most. They have confiscated pot, mushrooms, lsd. There have been 32 fights or assaults. Two dog attacks. Car burglaries. A letter from the City Attorney to Mcdonalds Corporation says we have repeatly contacted the franchisee regarding the property. The franchisee has refused to address the issue and the drug activity persists. The letter gives mcdonalds until monday to reach out to the City Attorney to schedule a meeting about all this. But as you know, politics is a slow process and criminals take any opportunity that they can find. Two criminals entered through an unlocked screen door at this home in the evergreen neighborhood of san jose. They did not know it, but several members of the family were home at the time and on the phone trying to get help.
