Police say jacobson was stabbed to death. They have made an arrest but not identified the suspect. New details today about the young woman mauled to death by lions in dunlop yesterday. Investigators say the lions escaped the cage to go attack and killed 24yearold diana hansen in cleaningen closure. The Fresno County coroner also says hansen died of broken neck probably instantly. As Carolyn Tyler explains, this may the first time in california that a bicyclist faced this level of prosecution. Chris and his attorney had no comment today. The 36yearold man is accused of ramming his bicycle into a pedestrians at castro and Market Street in San Francisco last march. The victim 71yearold died few days late later. During the preliminary hearing several witnesses testified the bicyclist was speeding through red light and stop signs. And though the defense argued otherwise, District Attorney george said today there is clear evidence of gross negligence. Need for speed. His behavior were completely horrible in this case. Legal analyst Golden Gate Law School professor king calls this a landmark case. That puts bicycle on par with cars. But was never developed in part because of neighborhood opposition. Michaels house sits alone at the end of crest mont drive right above where the homes and new road for them will be built.
