long fellow after chase overnight that wound its way through hayward and castro valley. officers initially tried to pull the driver over because the suv didn't have any license plate. spike strip police to two main suspect. they are accused of distributing internet child pornography to people across the state including los angeles and sacramento. the arrest led police to three others. these
