The judge has marshalling orders from the government, somewhere in the government saying you have to process this case in this particular way, and their hands are tied. Reporter judge marks and eoir officials confirm since march 1st cases dhs categorize as priority 1 are flagged, given calendar priority and go to the front of the line.
