Ariana went missing about the same time her mom, nicole was found murdered in park. Tonight San Francisco police say they may have a car that may be connected to the case. And that car was seized recently and we are learning that the fbi is reexamining dna evidence. All of this coming almost onier to the day that nicole if its body was found here at mclaren park. Claire bonner taking us on that painful walk to where nicoles body was found. Very, very unsettling to realize that feet from where we are standing nicole was found. Reporter her body buried in this shallow grave was discovered on april 8th. Covered by this piece of wood with a distinct piece of wood on it. Her then 2 1 2yearold daughter has not been seen since. I do believe she is alive. Reporter bonner and her family are holding a vigil to remind the public ariana is still missing. She could be anywhere in america, across the border. She has given them all the information that she can now that they changed from her being a witness to a possible suspect, im not going to let her give any more statements. We are going breaking news in sunnyvale at this hour amount of deadly crash shut down a major thoroughfare through a town. Lawrence expressway is closed from sandiette to as the minute. Dozen of people gathered tonight in San Francisco to remember Gilbert Baker. He designed the iconic global symbol which means so much for gay and straight people. He died last night. Hes gone but his creation isnt going anywhere. That rainbow flag is a symbol of unity and safety for a community that will not forget him. Larger struggle for peace and for social justice. Mr. Jones told the crowd about his friend and fellow civil rights activist Gilbert Baker and San Franciscos castro district. Gathering under the rainbow flag baker created in 1978. It became the unifying symbol for the Lgbtq Community after baker flew it at the pride parade celebration nearly 40 years ago. This comes on the same day we heard for the first time from a Family Member of one of the victims of the most rene apartment fire. A dynamic young 64yearold that lost his life. Emails the city released today also include several verylations found during recent inspections of that rehab center Apartment Building that went up in flames on monday. Inspectors recommended that the shelter be shut down back in january. Lets take you outside and look at San Francisco at this hour testimony city is considering whether to let city workers resume travel to North Carolina now that its controversial bathroom law has been repealed. Mayor ed lee tweeting this photo of city hall citing insolidarity with the commune. Employees were barred from traveling to North Carolina last year after a law was passed requiring transgender people to use the bathroom corresponding to the sex on their birth certificate.
