trump's comments disturbing and demeaning. the president was speaking at an event in chicago. there's fallout tonight for nbc's billy bush in wake of the trump audio scandal. nbc confirming on the that bush is being suspended from "the today show," a show he recently joined. it is unclear if he will ever return to that specific broadcast. there are calls for him to be released following the conversation he had with trump on an "access hollywood" bus in 2005. when the audio was revealed on friday, nbc sources said that bush would stay on "the today show." the change in that decision came late this afternoon. followup tonight on the dramatic boat accident that sent several people, some of them children in to the san francisco bay. tonight san francisco police plan to use sonar equipment to search for the boat as the investigation went continues. nbc area's rick boone reports from san francisco. >> new at this hour, it could be weeks before we know who may be at fault in this accident that could have happened a deadly outcome. a day after this cabin cruiser boat capsized, where 30 people on board near pier 45 sonar crews will begin to search for the vessel underwater. dispute at a home when a man opened fire the officers killed were jose vega, a 35 year veteran due to retire in december and lesley who had returned to duty after giving birth. >> it is emotional. it hurts. it's very sad. >> police say the gunman, john felix is a known gang member who had been previously arrested for fighting with police. felix was wearing body armor and allegedly told his father moments before the shooting he wanted to kill cops. 25 years ago the oakland hills fire devastated part of the became today an emotional ceremony to remember the victims of the devastating fire. this memorial plaque was unveil and rededicated at the b.a.r.t. station in oakland. it has name 0 of 25 people who died in the firestorm. the firearm in 1891 killed 25 and injured 150 others. 1500 acres rip currents possible through the day tomorrow. if you have the day off heading to the beach, keep in mind we are looking at large breaks. 79 san jose. 75 in san mateo tomorrow. 65 half moon bay. 60s return to san francisco after 80s yesterday and 70s for today. the north bay will see temperatures out of the 90s, 83 santa rosa. comfortable tomorrow in oakland and 75 after morning clouds. same for the trivalley. low 80s with plenty of afternoon sunshine. if you are heading to the giants game tomorrow, game three of the nlvs taking on the cubs. 59 degrees at 6:30. it will be foggy tomorrow as the clouds roll in again. clouds will be with us each and every day for the next couple of days, at least the first half of the day. once we get to friday and saturday, that's when storm systems will line up off the coastline. the first one pushes in for thursday in to friday across the north bay. eventually the second one will come in behind that on sunday. again, if you didn't take advantage of this weekend, looks like next weekend will be cool, gray and damp. here's what we are looking at as far as rainfall amounts. maybe a quarter inch or more for the first system. second system, by sunday looks like it could add another quarter inch to a half inch which would total close to one inch across the bay area and maybe even more than that across the north bay. this could get interesting as we more. >> reporter: we're talking about this man, fitness trainer david wolfsmith. we reported in april that police arrested him and the city closed down his morgan hill gym. tonight he is facing more charge and maybe reopening his business farther north. inside the walls of the wolfpack gym, men, women and their kids trained with david. >> he draws you in and before you know it you're sucked completely in. >> she's a former client who spoke to police about wolfsmith. we agrieed to hide her identity and disguise her voice. sh described him as controlling and demanding. >> it starts out subtly and you don't realize it and it goes on for years. >> reporter: according to court records, five women and two teenager girls accused him of touching them inappropriately between six and 2015. one victim alleges he massaged her completely nude three separate times. another said that he wanted to get her measurements she alleges he pulled her underwear down and said it's okay. i'm your coach. i can do this. >> i don't want someone else to have to go through what we went through. >> reporter: he now faces 13 sexual assault related charges and an empty gym. the city of morgan hill forced him to close at the end of june but it appears he may have plans to open a new gym, here in san jose. according to city records, in august, he registered a personal training business with the city. twice our cameras found him at the address listed for wolfsmith training. >> he should never operate a personal training business period. >> the prosecutor for the district attorney's office. >> is this an uncommon move for an individual who sh shut down in one location to reopen somewhere else? >> it shows arrogance. i have never seen that. >> we reached out to him for an interview. his wife sent us a statement saying he denies the allegations. she writes we are proud of our contribution tols the community. the attorney says the police investigation was less than objective from the start adding every man has the right to support their family. >> we have to be the ones to monitor his activities. >> he says the d.a.'s office is working with police and the city to close down the new gym. >> it's like whack-a-mole. we take care of him in morgan hill and he pops up somewhere else. we are waiting for him to pop up. he has. >> reporter: this woman wants to know why authorities have to wait for him to pop up before taking action. >> he shuts down one door and opens a brand new one somewhere else. >> clients are wondering why he can apply for and receive a business license for a personal training business without any red plags going up. >> the city's business tax ordinance is strictly for revenue generation, for municipal purposes. >> she manages revenue division for the finance department in san jose. she says they will issue a business tax certificate too anyone who pays the required business tax. >> it's not proof of any adhere rans to any city, county, state, federal regulations or requirements. >> reporter: some businesses, like massage parlors require extra regulatory permits. personal training does not. >> we are taking all appropriate actions. >> reporter: he says prosecutors routinely collaborate with departments to close down businesses they believe pose public safety threats. >> the system is working. the city was not aware and will be now. is friends with ivanka trump, praised donald trump's kids. by extension him as a father. which is safe, it is nonpolitical. she didn't have to say anything that talked about thb the election. donald trump said he had to admit that hillary clinton was a fighter and was tough, which seemed to counter, when you think about it, what he said about her not having the stamina to be president that she 25-year-old irving ramirez for the hearing. >> i wanted the worst punishment, i wanted him to suffer. i advocated for him to get the death penalty. >> she got her wish. a judge sentenced him to death. he sits with 746 other prisoners on california's death row. i believe was going to heal me. as that wore off i realized i didn't feel better. >> she started to tell her story to prison inmates to deter them from a life of crime. after hearing their stories of traumatic childhoods her view of the death penalty changed. now she speaks as an advocate for prop 62 which would repeal the death penalty. >> there's another side we need to focus on. that's why i'm saying let's just end it. >> she was a sweet little girl. a funny girl, pretty girl. >> tragedy also thrust mrk class -- mark klaas after his daughter was raped and murdered in 1993, career criminal, richard allen davis was convicted of the crime and also sent to death row. >> i believe the system did the right thing in this
