We checked with police within the last hour and so far no leads on any suspects and authorities tell us they need to contact next of kin before releasing the name of that victim. Authorities have identified a man killed this morning in san Franciscos Bayview district. The medical examiner says 22yearold Dominic Scott was shot multiple times around 8 30 this morning. He was taken to San FranciscoGeneral Hospital where he died. Police arrested the suspected 22yearold shooter just a few blocks away from this scene. They say the gun believed to be the murder weapon was found in the wheel well of a nearby car. Now, to our continuing coverage of a story involving a stolen yacht that weve been following since early this morning. The 2 million tlr sailboat is still stuck in the Shallow Water off a beach in pacifica. Now, this all started with the distress call early this morning about 20 yards off lindemar beach authorities figured out the 82not darling had been stolen from sausalito harbor. The yachts owner had seen it on tv and called police. Around noon the police pulled two men and a woman from the darling. They are now under arrest but that yacht is still stuck and crews say removing it could be an allnight job. As nice as this boat is, which it is real nice, its not designed to have to be towed like this. The suspects have been identified tonight as dario maura and leslie gardner. The trio faces charges including suspicion of conspiracy as well as grand theft. Happening now another big change to parking fees in the neighborhoods surrounding at t park in San Francisco. Drivers are now required to plug the meter after 6 00 at night and on game nights, the price of parking source. Take a closer look at this meter, you can see a new stick other that shows the extended hours of of ration, also, along the roadway there are new blue signs showing this is now a special event area. Parking near at t park just got more expensive. Meters are now being enforced until 10 00 p. M. Monday through saturday. I think it might catch people off guard. Meters will be 25 cents an hour after 6 00 p. M. When theres no game, but on game days and special events, metered parking will cost you 7 an hour close to the ballpark in the area between bryant, fifth street, mission bay and bark bark. Park a little further in the yellow area itll run you 5 an hour. That seems kind of high for me per hour during game day. You kind of want to stay awhile and enjoy it. It seems high, but i suppose you pay the premium to have fun out here. I think most people will not have known about it. I think when they realize how expensive it is, people will be disappointed. The purpose for this change is to make it easier to find a parking space. If its easy, that means people dont have to circle around or arent tempted to double park. The new rates are also meant to keep some Spaces Available for local businesses. Those who live and work nearby have mixed reactions. Kind of sucks because itll make me walk more. On game days it seems like an okay idea just because it frees up some of the parking for the people who actually need to be here and arent going to park their cars, you know, for four hours on the street. The change affects about a thousand metered spaces that either have no time limits or fourhour limits. San Francisco Police say they are sparing no resources in their search for an Assault Rifle stolen from one of their own unmarked vehicles. Investigators described the weapon as an ar145. Its a highpowered semiautomatic rifle. Police tell us someone stole it from a locked Unmarked Police car over the weekend. Investigators are not releasing many details but say the weapon was not visible to a passersby. Police say recovering the rifle is a high priority and ask anyone with information to give them a call. Today Police Showed us some of the hundreds of guns they seized last year. They say the guns were used in robberies, aggravated assaults and other crimes. These all happened just about 45 minutes ago. A northbound train hit a car that was on the tracks at san bruno avenue. Prosecutors say he collapsed after a savage beating during a hazing ritual on the bands bus. Ten band members were charged with felony hazing last year but prosecutors said thiedre raising the charges to manslaughter. Two additional defendants have also been charged with manslaughter.
