penalty on the billing cycle for customers who are using four times as much water as the average customer. that is quite a lot of water. we feel like if you are following the mandatory water cut 30 percent. dan ford has decided to turn on its fountains for commencement despite the drought. they were shut down voluntarily and drained over a year ago. 60,000 gallons of wall street are used by the fountains to enhance commencement. the fountains will be deactivated a day after the ceremony. it is important to note that the water is going to be stored and used to water trees on campus mayor is ready to make some improvements and spend some money. one thing he has carved out in the budget is money to buy the police cameras or police officers' body cameras. he also wants to hire 400 new officers. mayor lee will make some improvements to muni. he has a plan to buy new buses and muni metro cars. here is a look at some of the numbers. the city has $400 million more to spend this year than last. mayor is calling to spread it across several department including an extra $20 million for police an extra $47 million to fire so hire more firefighters and paramedics an extra $48 million for muni and an extra $28.9 million for homeless services. this is all expected to translate into almost 1,200 more jobs in city government. mayor lee will debut and explain this budget this morning. the board will have to vote on it. reporting in san francisco for abc7. >> a man and woman are in jail this morning accused of trying to run down san jose police officers. abc7 was this last night when the car was toed near tully road and sherlock drive. according to our media pan, the san jose mercury news officers tried to pull them over and they tried to run over an officer. they crashed into a police cruiser and ran off. police found them three hours later hiding in a backyard near tully road and mclaughlin. both were wanted on felony warrants. >> a four-year-old is recovering from a head injury after falling from a second-story window in concord at an apartment at 6:00 last night. firefighters say the girl fell between 10 and 29' but she was conscious and alert paramedics took her to a trauma center to be treated. >> government's main legislation for fighting terrorism has expired. the senate failed to renew n.s.a.'s controversial domestic surveillance program by midnight deadline so the nasa can for longer collect america's phone reports in bulk and tie them to terrorism. the n.s.a. started shutting down the program yesterday afternoon. our the court records his three children remain divided on how much money their step mother should receive over her lifetime. the two sides have come to an agreement on dividing williams' personally
