Out of antioch the chbp is investigating how a car slammed into the back of a fire truck cumming the driver of this white car. It happened on highway 4 near the sum the firefighters and the ladder of the truck had minor injuries. It is unclear whether alcohol or drug were involved. In oakland, safety violations have been uncovered at a building where four people died in a fire monday morning. One fire fighter says the Apartment Building was dangerous.
