into the west oakland bart station. these were taken from the station. trains do not stop while protesters crowd. it ended about two hours after it began with no arrests. >> bart directors are exploring whether to put a billion bond measure on the ballot as early as next year after the california state auditor finds the transit system needs nearly $10 billion through 2024 to replace the
