struck last saturday and is very much alive and his family just got the happy news last night. alyssa harrington is live with more. alyssa? >> spencer dickinson got in touch with as dad to let him know he is safe. he called other family members with the good news. watch their emotional reaction. >> spencer just called. >> spencer's cousin said tell mama i'm okay. family and friends had been desperate to find him. they were at a prayer vigil when his dad called saying spencer was able to make a quick call on the satellite phone. >> where is he? >> right here at the >> spencer a graduate of petaluma high school was at mt. everest when it hit. it triggered a series of avalanches. at least 18 people died on the mountain. he told his dad he is being airlifted back down. his family say the 48-year-old was an afvid hiker and that was always on his bucket list. strong was an ic consultant. friends are planning a memorial hike in his honor. >> the death toll stands at more than police identified at least four possible vehicles. these are very disturbing accusations. >> he has been arrested on four counts of sexual battery and booked into the county jail. you mentioned police say the act happened at this stanford facility between march 15th and april 2nd and he was placed under administrative leave. employees called authorities after reportedly catching him in the act. investigators are looking into where he worked prior to joining stanford. they want to see if there may be additional victims. at this time stanford medicine officials have not replyied to the request 5:35. developing news. the curfew works after a relatively quiet night on the streets of the city. last night police used tear gas. ten people were arrested and two for looting and one for disorderly conduct and seven for breaking curfew. 235 people were arrested after the funeral of a black man who died in police custody. >> another small sympathy protest in oakland. 30 demonstrators march and into the west oakland bart station. these were taken from the station. trains do not stop while protesters crowd. it ended about two hours after it began with no arrests. >> bart directors are exploring whether to put a billion bond measure on the ballot as early as next year after the california state auditor finds the transit system needs nearly $10 billion through 2024 to replace the aging infrastructure infrastructure. bart would need to ask voters for the money. they do not have the contingency plan. that could cripple the commute. bart's infrastructure is 40 years old and at or
