richard? >> bazi, thank you. there's been another arrest stemming from the attack in san n rnadino. 24-year-old enrique marquez is in custody right now, facing terror-related charges, including conspiracy to provide material to terrorists. marquez brought the assault rifles used in san bernadino by s friend sayed farook and his wife. they had planned attacks on a community college and on freeway drivers. nose attacks, thankfully, were never carried out. lot of detail about the weapons. about possibly over r tacks planned. about conversations in particular with farook. >> yesterday, marquez provided one-word answereto a judge. he will be held until monday when he will be back in court. pierre thomas has details on marquez's actions, following the san bernadino attack. >> reporter: hours after the december 3rd shooting, a frantic marquez dials 911. at one point, the dispatcher says, what's wrong? why do you feel like you want to kill yourself? here's what's follows. my n nghbor, he did the san bernadino shooting. he was the shooter. the expletive, farook used my gun in the shooting. the dispatcher says, your gun? marquez responds. oh, my god. how do you know it's your gun? marquez responds, they can trace all of the guns back to me. when asked w the shooter was, marquez responds flatly, it's according to the fbi, later that evening, marquez checked into the ucla harvard medical center and went to the e.r. fbi said he had consumed nine bottles of beer. richard?
