When the dog allegedly hit for an illegal substance, the patrol searched his vehicle. But when the search turned up no drugs, police still kept computers and other property in the car. I was shocked, i couldnt imagine what gave him the right to do that. There has to be probable cause before you can seize property like that. Callahan says he hired a lawyer in Council Bluffs<\/a> who filed a motion in court monday to get his stuff back. A temporary homeless shelter in iowa city has picked up right where it left off its full. Monday night was the first night of operation for the temporary Emergency Shelter<\/a> in iowa city.
