"i was in shock...i think i was overwhemeled thinking about the families and what they lost. " police have not released names or ages of the victims. we're trying to find out if police are investigating the injured person as a victim or a person of interest. is over this morning. federal and local police say an oklahoma man accused in a string of violent crimes was shot and killed. officials say 38-year-old michael vance allegedly killed 2 relatives and shot 2 police officers. investigators say vance stole his relative's vehicle. they warned people near the oklahoma panhandle to be on the lookout for it. "a farmer discovered a vehicle in this field that came very close to matching a description of a vehicle we've been looking for, that of a suspect. that caused us to one officer was wounded during the shootout with vance. he's expected to recover. waterloo police are reminding drivers to be aware of bicylists today. two vehicles hit two bikes over the weekend. a car hit a woman around 6 o'clock last night, near west first and east wellington streets. the woman went to the hospital. officials say she's expected to be ok. on saturday, a vehicle hit a 14-year-old boy near avenue and drove away. he's doing ok. as the f-b-i renews an investigation into her emails, hillary clinton insists that she will not get knocked off course in the election's final days. the new f-b-i email inquiry began during another investigation of her aide's estranged husband, anthony weiner. during a rally in the battleground state of florida, the former secretary of state told supporters she wasn't going to get distracted. she says she's more focused "what keeps you up at night, that's what i'm interested in and that is what i am gonna be talking about here today and next 9 days - there's a lot of noise and distraction but really comes down to what kind of future we want." clinton also slammed trump's lack of charitable giving. she singled out a washington post report that trump attended a fundraiser for young children with h-i-v but donald trump is calling for the u-s to engage in more extreme interrogation methods. trump made the comments during a rally in albuquerque, new mexico yesterday. he described the tactics isis uses on prisoners and says the u-s should allow waterboarding. president obama barred the use of the interrogation technique, but trump says it is now a necessity. "45:40someone's in there. i could literally hear music from laying right here. my bed was right here. i could literally hear music." marissa villhauer and apartment more than ten years ago. and ever since they've heard music. but there's no radio on, and the music definitely isn't coming from them. they tracked it to this door, which leads to a back apartment. but the door is sealed shut. "38:37i would hear radios at night and stuff, so i told the landlord, i said, there's radios going on back there.. he's like nah nah, and i said no really." so, they checked it out. no one was back there, there's not even electricity in that room. the music, lamps falling over, and unexplained knocking... all drove villhauer to reach out to scott johnston all across eastern iowa... searching for proof of the paranormal. while the team believes in ghosts, their free investigations aren't out to prove they exist.
