Authorities say officers shot an armed man at an apartment complex. Several officers were reportedly hurt during the protests. The charlotte mayor identified the man police shot and killed say it happened while officers were looking for a different person named in a warrant. Officers saw a man get out of a car with a gun, according to a police statement. Police say scott, who is black, got back into to his car and officers moved in. Then, scott got back out again.
