Entrance to the bridges crossing the cedar river are starting to come down today. But there are some driving restrictions for the next day and a half. The end to flood zone restrictions will come in stages. At 7 00 tomorrow morning. No more curfew and at noon those who own property in the evacuated areas or live inside that rezone can come and go on any flood related activity like cleanup. The bridges should be cleared by tomorrow and authorities will let those but regular motorists will have to wait for the all clear saturday morning.
