Justin stickrod with felony child endangerment and felony sexual abuse. The arrest happened after deputies took a report of an infant being sexually assaulted on february 4. Sheriff johnson says stickrod has a minor arrest record, but doesnt have a prior history of sexual abuse arrests. They tell us the mother of the child brought the twomonthold girl to a local hospital. The iowa dnr says an indianola man was hospitalized after being rescued from lake ahquabi after falling through the ice sunday. They say Richard Rauzi was taking wildlife photos when he broke through the ice. Authorities say ice fishermen jesse bannor and damian bell heard rauzis shouts for help, and rescued him after getting a canoe from the canoe rental storage. He was taken to a hospital and is expected to make a full recovery. Caroline armed with a petition and about 1,300 signatures, wearing shirts saying they arent worthless, these davenport students want change to a funding formula that gives their district 175 less per student than other neighboring school districts. Thompson teasdale were not just numbers, were kids. We should all have the same chance at a great education. Caroline if the Davenport School district doesnt get more funding from the state or their funds, theyll need to cut 6. 5 million from their budget for the Upcoming School year. Iowa Governor Terry branstad says he agrees the funding formula is outdated, but that it probably wont be changed anytime soon. Gov.
