She said she would rather to continue to try to diplomacy and eca a spokesman for the kremlin says no one can issue ultimatum to putin. President obama has not made a decisions on weapons issuing yet. Even though russia has violated every commitment it made in the past year. Everyone agrees president putin must be stopped. We are in absolute agreement that the 21st century cannot stand idle and allow the borders of europe to be redrawn at the barrel of a gun. Todays meeting comes after a very rocky year for u. S. Well, here at home, a man in michigan set to appear in court today after investigators say he crashed his pickup truck three a coast guard station gate, said he had a bomb in his truck and threatened to blow up the station. Overplaying the threat. What will your assessment be of that . Well first of all, isis is a huge regional threat andby9a certainly jordan wouldnt feel that the threat is overplayed . Jordan has a lot of problems. Theyre more syrian and iraqi refugees than there are jordanians. We have a au huge succession issue in saudi arabia. Isis has made clear they would to control the holy cities in saudi arabia. So its an enormous threat. But i believe the battle is beginning to turn in our favor. I read that you said that. And you see this burning alive of a jordanian pilot as part of thah well, first of all, it was a hideous murder, but i think it has really galvanized a lot of sunni arabs who were on the offense, they werent sure whether isis was worse than the shia who have taken over iraq in the form of maliki but i think the sunni arabs were appalled by what went on. I think we will so more robust reaction from other sunni arabs. The reaction has been louder, but to speak of the facts on the ground, the jordanians are flying or sorties flying more jets, but other than the numbers which could be replaced by american numbers, theres no practical change on the ground. Theres more talk and it seems more united but theres not any more action that i can find. Well, i think the liberation of mosul if you will im not sure thats a year away. I think its somewhat sooner. But clearly the iraqis want to go after mosul. And the american advisers are being very cautious, because they know that to start a campaign in this huge urban area. Remember, second largest city in iraq they want to make sure the campaign is successful. But i found it also interesting that it was a sunni deputy Prime Minister in baghdad who was complaining about the level of support from abroad. So its refreshing to see a sunni getting in there and being very public about the need for more robust action against isis. Its interesting that so much coming together and then the look at the facts suggests the following. Al qaeda and its leadership want to carry out spectacular terror attacks, where it appears at least for the moment isiss goal seems to be to take territory, to govern, to control. Yes but isis has been put on their heels in iraq. Witness the fact that were seeing more terrorist attacks againstd shia civilians in iraq in the last couple days. So i think isiss main goal of taking territory is not working out so well for them. So i think theyre lapsing into sort of terrorist attacks. For that reason i think the United States and every needs to be very vigilant, especially given some of the recruits that isis has brought tout battlefield. These are people from all over the world. Everybodys in agreement with that. One of the things thats been suggested, the collective freakout that we devolve into is not helpful for the cause of those who want to defeat isis. The collective freakout is something that isis desires. I think isis has tried to shock us and scare us, really but i think we have pretty sober leadership in terms of v dealing, for example, general john allen has been out in the region, galvanizing more support. So i think things are going okay. With the huge proffizeo that we have to come up with a policy in syria, and so far policy in syria is to be opposed to everybody in syria, except e some socalled moderates, who are hard to find. You mentioned john allen he met with the king of jordan very, very recently. And they sent out word the Jordanian News Agency of the crown, that the iraqis were about to go in on a ground offensive soon. One of the things ive learned8c÷a over time is the word soon means one thingdrq q to us and another to them. Its kind of an elusive concept, but i suggest it means less than a year. I dont think theyll wait for a year to try to liberate the second largest city. But i think theres a renewed effort to kind of push back isis and i think its going better with the understanding that we have a lot of diplomatic and political work to do in syria. Prosecutors reopened the case after his fourth wife went missing in 2007. Drew peterson remains a suspect in her disappearance. Hes a retired Police Sergeant and he claimed stacy ran off with another man and is somehow somewhere, still alive. Drew petersons lawyer says this new case against his client makes no sense. Minimum sentence if convicted is 20 years. His case has moved down to Randolph County where the Correctional Center is located and thats where the alleged plot was attempted. And hes appealing his murder conviction as well right . And that is why Drew Petersons attorney doesnt believe the charges simply because the whole thing would be too stupid. To do Something Like this and to have someone kill the prosecutor would be beyond idiocy. Drews a very careful person. He watches what he says on the phone. Greenburg says there must be a back story. And katy perry and madonna. Katy perry looked fantastic. I loved her hair and dress. x madonna kills me. People were very upset about here, because shes 56 years old.
