markets, you have italian banks 17% loans sour there 10 times number in united states, are you concerned about these pitfalls potholes that could take down the markets in britain? >> yeah i think you know the british economy is very, very stable we have seen that, with the rising ftse 100 few days continent europe very, very different picture high levels unemployment, soaring public debt you also have corporate tax rates that are astonishingly high and in britain talking about cutting the corporate tax rate from 20% to 15%, loose as 12 or --% level ireland is currently at, in contrast corporate tax rates in france, 33 -- 30% about same level you've got to see european countries conduct rates of tax creating jobs advancing economic freedom eu become being an economic barter case a moneyment of big government no surprise presidentor has gone been supporting the european project this is all about really big government and you know very high degree of state intervention british moving opposite direction that, of course, right path towards a low tax free market economy -- >> for all will eu make it tougher for the brits because of that will eu say look a lot ofing banks are what can you tell us is the most important or most damning evidence of clinton cash and lies in your book? >> it is follow the money, it is foreign money. i look to the uranium deal whereby the state department under hillary clinton approved the transfer of 20% of the russian government through a small canadian company and eight shareholders in the company sent $145 million to the clinton foundation but overall it is a pattern of behavior. every time there is a decision made by hillary clinton there seems to be and appears to be money associated from an interested party that ends up in the party's pockets one way or the other. maria: what did you make of jim comey statement clearing clinton and where does that leave the investigation around the foundation in your view? >> i always felt the clinton foundation part of this investigation, it is unclear what the status of that is. that is bound to come up in the congressional hearing. i always thought that was far more important because you are talking about paid to play and the reasons they set up this private server and deleted all of these emails is precisely because that communication had something to do with the flow of money. i'm surprised by the decision. i'm not an attorney but it seemed to me the fbi director laid out a hugely compelling case of a pattern of deception and lies and at the end sort of said we don't think we can find a prosecutor to prosecute this case. dagen: in terms of what we find out from government investigation. anything that is uncovered or revealed about the clinton foundation will likely be after the election in november and that is dismaying to so many people. >> there is probably good case to be made for that. the investigation on emails took more than a year. the investigation of the clinton foundation is more complex. you are not just looking at certain technical devices and retraining steps electronically and interviewing a few people. the clinton foundation investigation is global in nature, talking about people halfway around the world, in some cases government officials that don't want to be cooperative. that is my concern as well, this investigation will drag on well past november. dagen: comey laid out a clear case but did not recommend indictment. it came down to whether it was willful mishandling of classified information. you are saying this uranium deal needs to be investigated but do you see this is something where they could find a smoking gun, they couldn't even when there was technical information involving the clinton email scandal. >> there is a lot of legal questions swirling around this but here is what we know. in the recent poll of political prosecutions related to pay to play whether it is mcdonald's cases in virginia which is supreme court just reviewed or senator menendez, you have a former governor in alabama, they were prosecuted on a pattern of behavior, money flowing to them that in many cases they could legally get but favors done in a return on their behalf. i think in the case of the clintons that pattern is far more established than it was in any of these cases. the question becomes, this is lurking in the headlines, do the clintons get to play by us different set of rules than everyone else? the email server case that is what a lot of people are saying. of someone with a last name other than clinton had been a mid-level government employee, they would have the book thrown at them. the question goes to the clinton foundation and paid to play, do they get to taken money and do favors in a return in a way that would send other political figures to jail and that is the open question. >> you have done a lot of research in this. if she is elected president in november whoever her appointees will be head of the department of justice so how is the fbi going to continue this investigation into mrs. clinton and her husband if she is the sitting president? >> that is the great question and that is the problem. in the past, whether it goes back to the reagan years of the clinton years, you have this creature, the independent counsel, that congress empowers to investigate. we may be in that scenario. going back to the 1990s and looking at the email server, not being honest, not cooperating with investigators, obscuring their trail or trying to obscure their trail, the integrity of an fbi investigation into the clinton foundation with hillary clinton in the west wing is not an investigation a lot of people have confidence would go forward in any coherent way. we could be looking at an independent counsel investigating these matters that have the power and authority and not part of the executive branch un dagen: or voters will decide in november given what we know. how do you think this plays out? >> it plays out in a large way. you have 70% of the american people saying they don't think she is honest and trustworthy. certainly the revelations that came out on the server and the numerous deceptions and lies that came from hillary clinton and her camp is only going to fuel that. the question is are people going to vote at the end of the day in large she said she is going to reappoint the attorney general and the attorney general is waiting to make a determination as to whether or not she is guilty and boy was that a fast determination. maria: in 30 minutes donald trump is set to meet with congressional leaders on capitol hill. the presumptive republican nominee looking to bring the party together. the convention two weeks away. hillary clinton availing policy plans for small business after she called out trump for his business practices in atlantic city. the latest on the race for the white house coming up. another fatal police shooting, protests growing after a man was shot during a traffic stop in minnesota with a woman and child in the vehicle, she started rolling her phone and there is a video. a stunner in the nba, dwayne wade leaving the miami heat after 13 seasons, details on this big contract coming up. the rise of the drones, real estate agents are using flying devices to lure in potential homebuyers. markets this morning, futures indicate lower open for broader averages. later this hour we move the adp report, that could be a market mover and it is all ahead of tomorrow's government jobs report for the month of june. in your markets are higher. across the board the british pound is stabilizing, bouncing back from a 31 year low that is putting a floor on the stock, the s&p 500 up better than 1%. in asia mixed action, the shanghai composite was flat on the day but the japanese market was down fractionally, the hang seng and cosby both up 1%. joining me this morning national cochair morgan ortega's, dagan mcdowell, fox news correspondent leah gabriel. good to see everybody. dagen: the last segment about the movies i wanted you to spring movie quotes on them and some those guys because you are a master. working girl. maria: defeating jihad author doctor sebastian is with us, former secret service agent gary byrne and former million dollar listing expert is with us so stay with us, big show ahead. james comey set to face tough questions on capitol hill as republican lawmakers demand an explanation for his recommendation not to prosecute hillary clinton in the face of the fbi's finding of extreme carelessness in the use of her private email server. >> owes the american people answers for how it could be you declared excessive carelessness but not gross negligence in the handling of top-secret information. i have read those 22 top-secret emails she had on her homebrewed server and i can assure the viewers tonight they put american lives at risk. he out to hand over how he can see those same emails, the same information and declined to prosecute criminally. maria: loretta lynch decided to accept the recommendation not to pursue criminal charges today. joining us right now is congressman chris collins. thanks for joining us. so i guess we want to find out what you are looking to get from jim comey in the testimony but first your reaction to all of this, loretta lynch closing the case, jim comey saying she was careless but not enough for charges. >> there is no one in the republican party that really expected loretta lynch to indict and prosecute hillary clinton. no one expected that. i am always going to make lemonade out of lemons and i think what director comey did was put together the playbook for america for all the reasons we should not elect hillary clinton president. the voters are going to decide who they elect president, what director comey pointed out she lied to the american public, seems to be a clinton family trait, she knew she had top-secret classified information on these servers. the director of the fbi can't tell anyone whether they were hacked or not so she showed poor judgment, lied to the american public, she can't be trusted. that is what came out of the report and that is why america will like donald trump is the next president. dagen: in terms of how the trump campaign is using information that was revealed by the fbi director comey do you think they are doing a good enough job at this point to push this message? >> i think the press is pushing this message. the fed that everyone now knows she deliberately lied to america. hundreds of times, knowing full well she had top-secret classified information on that server, put potentially at risk by hackers. people have to be sitting back and saying do i want a president who knowingly lied, that kind of bad judgment because she was trying to hide or protect her personal email chain from potential employer requests. this is a woman we cannot trust to be president of the united states of america is waking up to that and that is why donald trump will be the next president. >> we saw the ad the rnc did, what hillary clinton said and what the director of the fbi said. >> what she has done from the beginning is she and her attorneys and technical experts set up a case of plausible deniability from the start. in previous cases we have seen where people have been prosecuted for mishandling classified information, other use of classified information, they have been able to show there was some sort of intent. right from the start she played dumb so she could essentially make the fbi believe there was not intent or they could not prove intent. >> no question this was a deliberate action on her part and it was loretta lynch's job to decide whether this was gross negligence or not. director comey got the facts, the facts were compelling enough for loretta lynch to indict hillary clinton, she chose not to. took 10 minutes to make the decision a few days after she met with the former president on the airplane so that is where i think america is seeing this for what it is. there was a deal from the beginning they are not going to indict hillary clinton, the presumptive nominee. they didn't invite hillary clinton even though she put our nation's security at risk, she lied to the american public, she was very smug in that denial and lying and what did she say yesterday when flying around with the president on air force one? it doesn't matter. >> didn't director comey give loretta lynch a free pass by not recommending indictment? they rely on recommendations from the fed. >> director comey put the facts out and i can disagree with him in not recommending the indictment but gross negligence is a call on the field. i would tend to agree with director comey, it is hard to show intent. she intended to deceive the american public, she did deceive the american public but the legal line, gross negligence, call for the justice department to say here are the facts, this is truly gross negligence, should have indicted her. >> we know donald trump will be speaking on the hill today to house and senate members on the republican side. one of the things that has made some people in the foreign-policy community a little leery of mister trump is his complement rewords of saddam hussein, vladimir putin, kim jong. what can he say today to your colleagues on the house and senate to assure him -- assure them of his candidacy especially on national security issues? >> what donald trump has said is he will secure the borders, he is going to defeat isis. president obama, hillary clinton won't even name isis as islamic radical terrorists. when it comes to defeating isis, one of the largest threats we have in the world today, isis is attacking civilization, trying to strike terror into the heart of everyone who goes to a shopping mall, movie theater or sporting event so what mister trump is properly pointing out is isis has become the international terrorist force it has under the negligence of president obama who left that void in syria, the void in iraq after saddam hussein was toppled. in that void by lack of leadership from our president, isis has become the power that it is today. that is what mister trump is pointing out. just the fact. he is not praising saddam hussein. he is pointing out to america isis is the jv president obama called them, they are who they are today because of the negligence and incompetence of president obama and secretary clinton. >> what can trump do to unite the party? there is a lot of debate. we are speaking with doctor stein who is trying to mount another campaign, the green party, what do you think trump needs to do to get the real support of the republican party behind him? >> i can assure everyone he has the support. we always have 5 or 6 outliers. that will always be the case was the party is behind donald trump today. when we meet with them in 10 minutes all the other members who have not had an opportunity to say they personally met donald trump will be able to go home tomorrow as they campaign for the election and say i met with donald trump. i asked him questions, i am comfortable, i am supporting him. this is not him trying to convince republicans to support him. he has the support. this is just allowing the 247 republican members of congress to go home starting this friday saying i met with the presumptive nominee who will be the nominee in another week and a half. he is a guy. maria: is there anything congress can do to keep hillary clinton accountable? afghanistan. ashton carter and joint chiefs of staff joseph dunford. >> based on the recommendation of general nicholson and secretary carter and chairman dunford and following extensive consultative -- consultation with the national security team, the congress and the afghan government and international partners, i am announcing additional adjustment to our posture. instead of going down to 5500 troops by the end of this year, the united states will maintain approximately 8400 troops in afghanistan into next year through the end of my administration. maria: that the president's shift show the current strategy a larger change in the us role in afghanistan? i want to bring in the distinguished chair of marine corps university and the feeding the hot arthur doctor sebastian, good to see you, thanks for joining us. >> my pleasure. maria: the numbers are higher than the president wanted to do. he wanted 5000 troops or 5500. now it is 8400. what is your take on this? is this a pivoting obama's strategy? >> it is the death of 1000 cuts. look at the phraseology he used. we are adjusting our posture. how about admitting we are still at war in afghanistan? he declared victory four years ago. in 2014, two years ago. why do we have to increase troop numbers if we won two years ago. what is going on. >> i spoke to senator john mccain yesterday and he said we still don't have the support that they need to carry out the mission. >> whether it is 5000, or 8400, that is nothing, minuscule given the territory involved and the danger in the country. we now have footage out there, documentary, you can google it on the internet of taliban leaders swearing allegiance to isis. your viewers need to internalize that. we have jihadi leaders, tribal leaders in south asia in afghanistan that are swearing allegiance to our bag daddy, the head of the islamic state, who is in iraq. that is how bad the situation is. it is metastasizing at a rate that dribbling a few more troops here and there will make no different than those don't have the backup, the capacity to take the war to the enemy. this is bad news for our military. >> 38 americans died in afghanistan in the past year including troops, contractors, you have to consider not just the troops but the other people to support demand do other work for the country. if you decrease, keep any number you are essentially making it less safe for servicemembers who are there because they have less backup. >> the nypd has 36,000 people in uniform. 36,000 for new york. maria: a great analogy. >> less the 9000, this is insanity. this is a man who doesn't take national security seriously. he will shove it under the rug for the next commander in she's and the isis caliphate is expanding into that region. this is a horrific. >> lay out a strategy for the next commander in chief assuming that person will listen to you. >> it is the appendix, last chapter of my new book defeating jihadi. you got to get the politics out of the threat assessment. none of this adjusting to posture and the enemy on jihadi's, jettison political correctness, talk about the fact we have 103 people linked to isis arrested in america, 103 people since the caliphate was declared. we have got to empower our sunni allies, could put troops in the region but we don't want to be the face of the war, it will be the jordanians, the egyptians, sunnis, the kurds, and the mexico success, delegitimizing the message. we took down the ideology of communism under president reagan and now we have a propaganda campaign to take down the ideology for global jihad. the next president could defeat isis and their coterie in a year and a half. >> 3 tenets of foreign-policy in 2008 getting us out of iraq, afghanistan and closing gitmo which i don't think he can do. any final thoughts on if he may be doing an executive order with gitmo before he leaves in the next few months? >> what is the trend? doing this piece mile bit by bit by bit. even the fact that we are finding out people have 40% recidivism rate. 30% go straight back to the battlefield. he is committed to his narrative, everything to close gitmo. he will make the situation worse and let more people out. >> any thoughts on what donald trump said about saddam hussein? lots of different headlines out of the trump campaign as relates to foreign-policy? what did you think of that? >> i spoke to him a couple times. and whether it is stolen or saddam hussein, it is a provocative statement, factually correct one but saddam hussein is the only man outside adolf that this meeting with most or all of the rank and file house members, will last about an hour or so. after that, trump will then head over to the north side of the capitol complex, the senate side and have a similar meeting for about an hour there, we believe. with rank and file senators. again, his first time to have such a meeting with members of congress on the republican side. a wide-ranking group, as the presumptive nominee for president. and chris collins reiterated what he said yesterday, it's a good chance for members to have face time with trump before they head home for the congressional districts. >> the party is behind trump in ten minutes when we meet with them. the other members who have not had an opportunity to say that they've been able to personally meet donald trump, will be able to come home as they go to the elections and say i met with donald trump, i asked him questions. i'm comfortable, i'm supporting him. >> with donald trump often comes protesters and that's once again the scene here in washington. a group of about two to three dozen or so demonstrating peacefully across the street here. this is the scene just feet away from my this book? >> basically i wrote my life story, my book to let the american people know the truth about mrs. clinton, that she's not a leader and i state many examples in my book, "crisis of character", where she displays this bizarre straining, angry behavior, dangerous behavior in some instances and she's not a leader and the latest thing with the server, when the fbi agent says five times-- >> a multiple of things that people thought and ended the press conference and said no charges. were you surprised? >> no, know the at all. mrs. clinton's husband, former president bill clinton had just met with the attorney general a few days before, somebody that he appointed. this is what i referred to in my book as the soft intimidation and saw an example of this back in the mid '90s when myself and my co-workers were forced to testify against president clinton in the monica lewinsky scandal. my unfortunate claim to fame i was one of the first secret service employees to be forced to testify against a president in a criminal case. maria: why don't you connect the dots for us? why do you think this is important as america goes to vote in the next president of the united states? talk us through why you think some of the things that you witnessed firsthand would resonate and be important to the average voter out there. >> so, what i think it's important they gain from my book, crisis of character and some other information about the clintons, basically, their whole political history, leaping from one scandal to the other. and there seems to be two sets of rules, a set of rules for us, and then a set of rules for the clintons. maria, if you or i were accused of what mrs. clinton was doing, we'd probably be in shackles in a prison somewhere. maria: yeah, i think that-- yeah, that came out certainly, you know, from the press conference and i think a lot of people are questioning whether or not jim comey felt pressured, he didn't want to be the one to change the movement of the election? do you think that's what this is about? >> you know, i'm not sure. i want to give the director of the fbi the benefit of the doubt and there's still an investigation going on into the clinton foundation, so maybe there's something there. but clearly this is not normal behavior. if that was anybody else, this is not the discussion we would be having. and i give you many examples in my book crisis of character of the same type of favor. they seem to leap from one scandal to the other. the first thing they do they blame somebody else or act like they don't know what's going on and somebody applies the soft pressure and then they get off. maria: obviously, your book is a tell-all and an instant best seller so it's resonating with the people and yet, others are talking about you, not having the access that you say you do and perhaps not being in a position to say this. do you want to tell us your access during your time in the secret service for president clinton. >> as an officer, my unfortunate claim to fame i was the first employee to be forced to testify against a president in criminal case, i was also eventually, i was subpoenaed six times, maria and eventually ordered to testify by supreme court justice rehnquist. so, if i didn't have the access, then why did they seek my testimony? and a lot of the stuff i talk about in my book is actually sworn testimony and the rest is firsthand knowledge and experiences. a lot of these stories you have heard before in other books, but they were told by former secret service agents over free martinis and dinner and never came forward to put their face on it. i'm telling you what i experienced. my proof is in my sworn testimony and this is what happened in my life and crossed the clinton's path. maria: i'm sure it's difficult to tell the story and gary, have you heard from the clintons? >> no, i have not. not directly. basically i heard that they're applying pressure and black listing me from the other tv station and they're folding to that pressure. can you imagine the woman that wants to be the next president of the united states, a time to squish a veteran and former police officer for 25 years, squishing his first amendment rights. it's amazing. maria: and it's amazing that hillary clinton hasn't spoken to the press much. the last press conference she gave was 39-year-old and drew casperson pleaded guilty to wire fraud in federal court. prosecutors claimed he was running a ponzi scheme, from his friends and classmates and even his mother and accused of stealing more than $8 million from the former employer, park hills group. he faces ten years in prison, we should say. pandora urging its users to change their pass words, and the music service says it's not been hacked, but the music accounts could be because of the data from a different service that was recently released to the public that contains user names and pass words. pandora says that won't people use that to spy on people, can you shoot that down. >> the spy, you can't do it stealthfully. it's important to know you can't do it quietly. obviously, you can fly the drone somewhere maria: what do you think about drones selling real estate, does it work? >> i think that drones are great, just as i was hearing before. you can see it not only from a whole different perspective, from a bird's eye view, the different features and finishes like never before the because drones are good for photos and for videos, but you also get to see the surrounding neighborhood. you get to see the golf course, you get to see the water ways, if it's close to an ocean, close to a downtown area and when you have over 90% of buyers looking on-line, like realtor.com and such. it's important to have the drone shots, to have the aerials and to rae show people not just the property that they're buying, but where they're buying because it's so important these days. not only for foreign buyers, but for local buyers, for the millennial buyers. >> i can see with global market incertainty, it's good for foreign buyers and-- >> as a pilot, drones can be dangerous. one of the issues, f.a.a. is developing regulations and enforcing them is tough. what about as a real estate agent, are you afraid of technology basically taking away from your job, instead of coming to an agent, wanting to see the properties. >> i would say that real estate is in a different aria right now. buyers are much more educated and they can go on-line and sellers have a lot more tools available. but, maria, i'm not going anywhere so i'm not that worried because at the end of the day, the drones are costly. i mean, for a quality drone, you're looking at $1400, that's not even including, professionals just taking the videos, taking the shots. who is editing. a lot of the rows of life style videos. i've spent thousands, just to shoot a video. you're hiring models, makeup done, props, lighting and editing, the music, it's a whole production. i mean, i'm not just a realtor anymore, a marketing queen, a pr person and apparently a performer as i'm editing these things and working with my videographer and making sure that what i am agidget out there to market the property is perfect. dagen: do you move real estate by instagram? i looked at your instagram account, it's intieing. >> 100%, i built my entire business off of facebook. and instagram is huge because it's pictures and that, a picture is worth a million words and people don't necessarily need to see the specifics. a lot
