Another allegation detailed a resident being pushed from a kitchen area, and falling to the floor afterwards. The report said the âparticularly troubling allegationâ was the âmost distressing example of the cultureâ in the home. One staff member had also been warned over threatening the same resident with âbanishment to the gardenâ.
Another resident was left without bedsheets for months. The sheets had been removed as a trial due to the individualâs skin condition, but the decision was ânot reviewed and stopped for several monthsâ, the report said.
