In a press conference on Sunday, Empowerment Elimination, Anti-Corruption, and Funds Recovery Committee member Wajdi Saleh said: "The committee decided to dismiss 56 judges of various ranks and 26 prosecutors, including heads of public prosecution." Saleh explained that the committee "recovered a number of agricultural lands belonging to the family of ousted President Omar Al-Bashir."
