Southpointe Business Park Fire Case Forwarded to Juvenile Court

(Fargo, ND) -- Some clarity on who exactly started the South Fargo strip mall fire that ravaged multiple businesses back in May.
"Fargo Police Detectives have conducted a thorough and detailed investigation regarding a fire that was started at Southpointe Business Park on May 11th, 2021, said Fargo Police Public Information Officer Jessica Schindeldecker in a statement released to WDAY Radio. "A juvenile has been identified as a person of interest. The case has been forwarded to Juvenile Court for review."
The fire caused well over $1.25 million in damages, and leveled Gigi's Playhouse, which was the only Down Syndrome Achievement Center in North Dakota.
