Dec 12, 2020 LOCK HAVEN — The third Small Business Saturday kicks off today with another round of great deals from local restaurants and businesses. This week, the first 100 shoppers to stop by Downtown Lock Haven Inc.’s office at 205 E. Main St., to pick up a map and list of promotions will get a free mask. DLH’s digital passport program will continue today with shoppers having more time to enter a drawing for some amazing local prizes, including a 40-inch LED TV from Beiter’s Home Center. To enter the drawing, take a photograph of a local store’s logo and post it to Downtown Lock Haven Inc.’s Facebook page. The drawing will take place sometime after Dec. 19.
