Severn park slated to become swim center; surrounding commun

While the west county swim center idea has been in development for about 10 years it wasn’t until the fiscal 2023 budget that was passed earlier this summer that the project was officially revised from being located in an unidentified location to Provinces Park, which was found to be the most suitable of fifteen locations the county assessed.
