Self-defense class shows women how to fight back: 'Nobody is out there looking for a good fight as a criminal'

The three-hour class was meant to give women and girls the basics to confidently fight back if they were attacked with yelling to startle their attacker and draw the attention of others and a series of hits, punches and kicks to keep a criminal at bay.
