Rutter’s Raises Starting Wage to $14 an Hour
The Pennsylvania chain has increased wages 33% since 2019.

YORK, Pa.—Rutter’s is raising the hourly wage for all field employees to $14 effective yesterday, the company announced.
The 79-store has committed more than $5 million in additional annual wages and a total of $12 million since the end of 2020. All Rutter’s team members will see a wage increase, with fulltime team members earning nearly $30,000 per year. Rutter’s store managers can earn as much as $110,000 per year, and restaurant managers as much as $99,000 per year, with bonus. Rutter’s also offers an extensive benefits package, including scholarship opportunities for employees and their children.
