Planning Committee member begins campaign

REEDSVILLE – Robert Nulton, who currently serves as a member of the Mifflin County Planning Commission and a committee member of the Mifflin County Republican Party has announced his intention to run for Brown Township Supervisor in Mifflin County.
Nulton said he has many years of service to local communities and desires to help Brown Township to have all that it deserves and more.
“There is so much rich history and beauty here, and I want to ensure that those things which are good are preserved and that the proper growth can happen, allowing our township to be the example for others to follow,” he said. “I believe that we are about to face more difficult times ahead, and in the end, while our federal and state officials may have the power and ability to affect our lives, it will be our local elected officials who will be the last line of defense in the protection of our rights and freedoms as Americans. For this purpose, I have decided to run for Brown Township Supervisor, and I hope to gain the support of those I will serve so that together we can all be that last line of defense for our great nation.”
