Religious practices linked to better heart health among Black people, study finds

Black people who attend religious services regularly are more likely to have better scores for blood pressure, diet and other factors that impact the risk of cardiovascular disease, a study from the American Heart Association finds. People who attend services were less likely to smoke and more likely to eat healthy and exercise regularly.
