RACQ names Coast road as 'worst' in state | Sunshine Coast D

“They also said it lacks safety barriers, safe overtaking opportunities and has narrow bridges.

Save Noosa Hinterland group spokeswoman Judy Scrase has thanked all the locals who supported a campaign to have the road placed at the top of the RACQ blacklist and send a message to quarry operator Cordwells Resources.
Crumbling road edges have have helped Kin Kin Pomona Rd win the RACQ's worst road tag.
“We’ve moved from 10th position in the 2010 RACQ survey to number one in 2020,” Ms Scrase said.
