Prom still a go with special COVID restrictions | News, Spor

Belpre, Marietta, Fort Frye, Frontier, Warren, Washington and Waterford High Schools are allowing students to have prom this year with some COVID restrictions.
With COVID-19 restrictions relaxing, Belpre, Marietta, Fort Frye, Frontier, Warren, Washington and Waterford high schools will be holding proms this year.
Belpre High School’s prom will be May 1 from 7:30-9:30 p.m. at the Parkersburg Art Center. The advisor of the prom committee is Katie Pence.
Belpre superintendent Jeff Greenley said prom attendants must wear facial coverings everywhere they go. Greenley said the students are thrilled to be having prom this year.
