A Nigerian Navy officer, identified as Kelvin Uchenna Aluu, is currently bedridden after he was shot by a power-drunk Navy commander, Commodore IC Mabeokwu, and abandoned at the Nigerian Navy Medical Centre, Oghara, in Delta State. SaharaReporters learnt that Aluu, apart from the trauma he had gone through, also had his salary withheld by the Nigerian Navy authorities, while the senior officer brutalised him because he (Aluu) requested to go and see his family members.
