Police: Homeless man allegedly kidnapped girlfriend's son from home in Commack, Long Island

Sherman Roberts Jr., 36, is facing several charges, including kidnapping and drug possession.
Police say they found the child with Roberts on Sunday, unharmed, hours after his mother reported him missing.
