Pasta Ramen: NJ secret restaurant invite-only. Here's what it's like

Pasta Ramen?
We food obsessives in North Jersey have been teased on Instagram since late December about Pasta Ramen, a secret restaurant opening in a secret location by a secret chef.
To get in, you need an invite, which you can only get through a referral by someone who already has managed to snag one (and you're sworn to secrecy) — though Pasta Ramen recently solicited emails for its newsletter and invite list on its Instagram story. You also need deep pockets — a meal costs $250 plus tax and gratuity. 
I got in — thanks to my job. (I'm grateful, so I can report on what food fans and the pros who help feed them are talking about.)
