PARMA, Ohio -- In an effort to unpack its residents last month voting down the district’s strategic consolidation-related tax increase, earlier this week Parma City Schools held a bond issue town hall meeting.
“The purpose was to reach out to our folks in the community and try to get an understanding of the reasons why the bond issue failed,” Parma City Schools Superintendent Charles Smialek said. “We had 33 participants, which I thought was really a strong showing.
