Over 200 iconic bikes reportedly lost to fire at the highest motorcycle museum in the world
The Top Mountain Crosspoint motorcycle museum in Austria suffered a fire yesterday, dealing a massive blow to the global motorcycling community. Also known as the highest motorcycle museum in the world, it is located at the Timmelsjoch Pass's Austrian side. In case you didn't know, the Timmelsjoch Pass links Austria and Italy through the Alps. But back to the museum -- it was home to more than 230 legendary motorcycles from brands such as Brough Motorcycles, Indian Motorcyles, Harley-Davidson, etc. In fact, the museum also housed a relatively small collection of vintage cars, including some Ferraris and Porsches.
