Courtesy of OneDigital Tennessee Atlanta-based employee benefits firm OneDigital has named Heath Holt as principal and business development executive of OneDigital Tennessee. With more than two decades of experience in human resources, Holt steps into the role after serving as a principal consultant in the Nashville office of asset management firm Mercer. He also worked for more than 13 years in the Nashville office of Willis Towers Watson, where he oversaw the team’s human capital practice. In his new role, Holt will be responsible for driving growth through new client acquisition and leading other business development initiatives, according to a press release. A Nashville native, he will aid the OneDigital team in continuing its expansion across Tennessee.
