Atlanta-based employee benefits firm OneDigital has named Heath Holt as principal and business development executive of OneDigital Tennessee.
With more than two decades of experience in human resources, Holt steps into the role after serving as a principal consultant in the Nashville office of asset management firm Mercer. He also worked for more than 13 years in the Nashville office of Willis Towers Watson, where he oversaw the team’s human capital practice.
In his new role, Holt will be responsible for driving growth through new client acquisition and leading other business development initiatives, according to a press release. A Nashville native, he will aid the OneDigital team in continuing its expansion across Tennessee.
Elmer Polite
Brentwood-based LifePoint Health has named Elmer Polite CFO of its Eastern Division of hospitals. Polite (pictured) will oversee financial operations for 26 hospital campuses located in Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
Polite brings more than a decade of financial and operational leadership to LifePoint. Prior to joining LifePoint, Polite served as the chief financial executive of the Midlands market for Prisma Health in Columbia, South Carolina. Before Prisma Health, he held positions as the system chief financial officer and chief staffing officer of HCA’s Macon market, and also as the CFO of the Georgia market for Community Health Systems.
