One man has died after police say he was struck by an industrial tote containing liquid Friday morning.Allegheny County police were called to Alpha Aromatics in the 200 block of Alpha Drive in O'Hara Township around 10:30 a.m. Police say the tote that struck 43-year-old Jason D'Alicandro weighed 330 gallons.D'Alicandro was transported to a local hospital where he later died.Allegheny County police have turned the investigation over to the federal Occupational Health and Safety Hazard Administration (OSHA). Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call the County Police Tip Line 1-833-ALL-TIPS. Callers can remain anonymous.
