Nigerian Lecturers, ASUU Rejects Plan By Tinubu Government To Collect 40% Revenue From Universities, Lists Other Failures, Mobilises Members For Strike

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has called on its members nationwide to prepare for an “indefinite strike action” over the failure of the Nigerian government to honour the agreement it made with the union. This was stated in a communiqué by the ASUU president, Emmanuel Osodeke, dated 13th November, 2023 and obtained by SaharaReporters on Tuesday.
